Dragons Return Home for Big Saturday Double-Header at Jubilee Stadium

Thursday 2 July 2026

The St George Illawarra Dragons return to St George Venues Jubilee Stadium this Saturday for an exciting double-header featuring both the NRL and NRLW teams. The NRLW side will kick off their 2026 season against the Canberra Raiders at 3:15pm, followed by the NRL clash against the Wests Tigers at 5:30pm.

The match day also celebrates the club’s annual Members Round, recognising the passion and support of Dragons members both on and off the field.

The NRLW season opener will showcase several new faces, including debutant Seriah Palepale and Dragons newcomers Brooke Anderson, Shenae Ciesiolka, Ruby-Jean Kennard-Ellis and Montana Clifford. Taliah Fuimaono will also make her return to the Red V for the first time since 2022.

For the NRL side, the Dragons are back at Kogarah for the first time in 42 days following their Round 12 home game against the Warriors. The team remains unchanged from its Round 17 match against Canberra, while Moses Suli has been named on the extended bench as he continues his recovery from injury.

The Dragons will also partner with local charity Georges River Life Care for the club’s 50-50 Charity Raffle, supporting community programs focused on domestic and family violence assistance, emergency relief and creative arts initiatives.

Fans are encouraged to get along to Jubilee Stadium and enjoy a full afternoon of rugby league as both Dragons teams take centre stage on home turf.
