Residents were notified via letter on 26 May 2026, and informed of the key operational aspects of the film shoot including the following:

Extended lighting hours: Stadium lights will remain on during the filming period for the above dates and times.

Increased activity: While filming will be contained within the stadium, there will be increased vehicle and personnel movement in the surrounding area.

Noise management: No amplified music is proposed, and any portable PA system use will cease by midnight.

Parking and traffic impacts: Production vehicles and equipment trucks will park along:

  • South side of Park Street (between Jubilee Avenue and English Street).
